Homestead Upholstery Cancellation and Returns Policy

• You must request a cancellation within 24hr of purchase. 

• You must ontact me to discuss any return queries within 2 days of delivery.

• You must send items back within 5 days of return confirmation.​

Conditions of Return

• Buyers are responsible for return postage costs.  

• If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.  

• It must be in the original packaging.

• Tracked return delivery is recommended.

 

Refunds

• Once your return is received, inspected and approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Sale items

Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
